Make Like It All:
hello and welcome
Please review this website and consider letting me know what you like!
This is: a conglomeration of art
Make Like it All started as an idea to create a publishing company that would include prints and audio recordings. I’ve been generating content to establish a platform for that project. I’ve wanted to include other people’s art (OPA) so I’ve got a couple other projects going on like:
I helped out with the Middletown Art Center creating this chapbook of about 80 poems I want to say that captured the emotions of this community that was affected by a California fire a few years ago.
That book is called Resilience and you can order it by clicking on the picture below.
I’ve just finished up transcribing an audio recording of an amazing friend Kelly guava called Chapter Eleven. There’s awesome content about his journey out of the Bible Box, all in regards to very real and present situations for tons of people today.
My newest book is called Tea in a Tipi. The intention is to create situations where you find yourself in a Tipi drinking tea, and you open this book to initiate conversation. There are stories and quotes and anecdotes, some of them long and most of them very short. I think it’s enjoyable.
If you know Kelly, you’ll love this book.
If you know the story, you’ll enjoy it even more.
After re-reading it in the editing process, I began to feel like this book is about one moment, one thought one experience about many experiences. I felt the trance of editing each quotation, stylistic additions, and tone of the relationships that appear in the transcription.
It is a good read for an individual who understands their emotions because they express their feelings.
